We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will transform raw drone, construction, and marketing footage into polished highlight reels, training materials, and social content. The ideal candidate has advanced technical editing skills, strong creative instincts, and the ability to handle high-volume projects with efficiency and accuracy. You'll collaborate closely with our videography and marketing teams to deliver professional, engaging outputs that meet client standards and strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage (drone, construction, social media, and marketing) into professional 90-second to 2-minute highlight reels.
  • Deliver 6+ edited drone video/photo projects daily with consistent accuracy and quality.
  • Perform trimming, sequencing, color grading, and audio/music integration.
  • Apply simple motion graphics and finishing touches in After Effects when needed.
  • Add branded opening and closing graphics with project details.
  • Organize and manage video files for efficient workflows and accessibility.
  • Support production of marketing videos for campaigns and client storytelling.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within tight turnaround times (some within 30 minutes).
  • Collaborate with the lead videographer and marketing director to maintain editing standards.
  • Stay familiar with construction industry media best practices and evolving project priorities.

Mandatory Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
  • Professional experience with Adobe After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong knowledge of sequencing, pacing, transitions, and color correction.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate edits under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail in branding, titles, dates, and logos.
  • Clear communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection for large file uploads/downloads.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday).

Preferred Skills

  • Background in drone videography, construction, or corporate video editing.
  • Experience producing high-volume outputs within fast turnaround times.
  • Prior remote work experience collaborating across international teams.
  • Ability to contribute to social media or marketing content in addition to video editing.
