Key Accounts Manager (FMCG – Local Distribution)

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to oversee and grow our relationships with key distributors and retail partners in the FMCG local distribution network. The role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring product availability, and executing trade strategies that support business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams for smooth account operations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales in FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience managing distributors and retail partners.
  • Results-driven, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
