About the role

We're looking for a motivated Proposal Writer Associate to join AB Surveying and Development. The role involves drafting and formatting proposal content for RFPs and RFQs, ensuring submissions are clear, compliant, and on time. You'll collaborate with Project Development Managers, field, and processing teams to turn technical data into compelling proposals. This position also supports organizing bidding requirements for private and public projects, with opportunities to grow in technical writing, client coordination, and strategic proposal development.

What you'll be doing

  • Draft and format proposal content in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) andRequests for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Collaborate with Project Development Managers (PDMs), field team and processing team to gather technical information and translate it into clear, compelling proposals.
  • Ensure proposals adhere to compliance guidelines, instructions, and deadlines set by clients.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing requirements for both private and public bidding opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Office Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and related tools).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
