Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated Proposal Writer Associate to join AB Surveying and Development. In this role, you'll help put together proposal documents for different projects, making sure they're clear, well-organized, and submitted on time.

You'll work closely with our Project Development Managers and other teams to turn project details into easy-to-understand writeups. This role also involves helping prepare requirements for private and public bidding opportunities. It's a great starting point if you're interested in writing, project coordination, and learning how proposals are built from start to finish.

What you'll do

  • Draft and format proposal content for RFPs and RFQs.
  • Work with Project Development Managers, field teams, and processing teams to gather information and turn it into clear, simple proposal content.
  • Make sure all proposal requirements, instructions, and deadlines from clients are followed.
  • Help prepare and organize documents needed for both private and public bidding.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Office Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks or deadlines at once.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • A team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php695.00 per day
