Job Description

The Senior Proposal Writer is responsible for developing, managing, and completing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and proactive proposals. This role requires excellent writing, coordination, and project management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to support all aspects of the proposal process from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with requirements
  • Develop clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal content tailored to client needs
  • Ensure all submissions meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Coordinate proposal reviews and approvals to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain templates, proposal databases, and related documentation
  • Provide real-time assistance and support to clients throughout the proposal cycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing or RFP management
  • Strong project management background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have complete school and work documents (e.g., Diploma, TOR, COE) readily available
