Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and a Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (RME/REE).

  • With at least 3-5 years' work experiences in Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing, Project Management, Repairs and Maintenance

  • Knowledgeable in Codes and Standards

  • Can handle facility inspections and audit, and provide needed reports

  • Ability to manage multiple sites

  • Can work under pressure and effectively communicate with all levels of staff.

  • Willing to be assigned in Intramuros, Laguna or Makati Area.
