As a Facility Staff, you are expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities in a professional and customer-oriented manner. This position requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to maintain a clean, secure, and well-managed facility while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in determining the appropriate unit size for their storage needs
  • Support customers throughout the move-in and move-out process
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and send payment reminders to current customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including the office and restrooms
  • Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and unit inspections
  • Ensure vacant units are cleaned and made ready for occupancy
  • Willing to be assigned to any of our branches within Metro Manila, if needed by the Operations Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or any related field
  • Undergraduates with extensive experience in food or logistics operations are welcome to apply
  • Strong project management, analytical, and adaptive skills are considered an advantage
  • Willing to learn and able to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet
  • Open to work on a Monday to Saturday schedule
  • Applicants with a motorcycle are preferred for ease of mobility and operations support
