Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in facilities management, building administration, or property maintenance (typically 3–5 years for manager level)
  • Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

Job Summary

  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of office buildings, equipment, and other company facilities
  • Manage contractors and service providers for janitorial, security, landscaping, and maintenance services
  • Monitor and control facility-related budgets and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Manage space planning, office relocations, and layout designs to optimize facility use
  • Oversee procurement of facility-related materials, tools, and equipment
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues, including power outages, equipment failures, and safety concerns
  • Prepare reports and documentation on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and safety inspections
