About the role

As a Facilities Ticketing Officer at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.', you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's facilities. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and focuses on providing administrative and office support services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling and managing the facilities ticketing system, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of requests
  2. Coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors to address facilities-related issues
  3. Providing administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  4. Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of facilities-related documentation
  5. Collaborating with the facilities management team to implement process improvements and enhance service delivery
  6. Serving as a point of contact for facilities-related inquiries and requests from employees

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or office support role, preferably in a facilities or property management environment
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
  3. Proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  5. Proactive and customer-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail
  6. Familiarity with facilities management processes and ticketing systems is an advantage
