Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Associate to support the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist with various HR administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record management, to ensure the smooth implementation of our HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing new-hire paperwork. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update confidential employee records, 201 files, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and certificates.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Help ensure company compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Assist in generating HR reports for management on key metrics like recruitment and workforce data.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and company activities.
  • Timekeeping and Payroll Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to employee timekeeping and provide support for payroll processing.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Associate, or in a relevant administrative role is a plus.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, and Philippine labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
