The HR Associate - Talent Development supports employee learning by helping design, deliver, and communicate engaging training initiatives. This role combines instructional design with creative content development to ensure learning experiences are clear, compelling, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key duties include conducting needs assessments, supporting program development and delivery, creating multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, presentations), and driving internal communications. The associate collaborates with stakeholders to ensure materials are impactful, accessible, and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Analyze performance data and skills gaps; maintain training records and reports.
  • Program Development & Delivery: Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programs (online and in-person).
  • Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging visuals and videos using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Filmora, or Camtasia.
  • Internal Communications: Create announcements and campaigns to promote programs across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work with SMEs, HR, and other stakeholders for aligned content.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on learning, design, and communication best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva, HR tools, and basic video editing software
  • Knowledge of visual storytelling, storyboarding, and multimedia design
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and adult learning principles is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and collaborative
  • Must be willing to work (3x in a week), Site: Quezon City
