The HR/OD Associate is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development and training programs that enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness. This role focuses primarily on training and development, while also providing assistance in other HR and OD initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and competency development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in training coordination, facilitation, or HR internships is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Interest in employee development, training, and HR processes.
  • Willing to work onsite in Timog, Quezon City
