Here's what you'll take on:

Talent Acquisition – Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking; screen resumes; schedule interviews

Candidate Experience – Manage communication and ensure a smooth recruitment journey for applicants

Records & Documentation – Maintain accurate recruitment records and employees' 201 files

Engagement & Evaluation (future rotation) – Contribute to employee engagement programs and performance evaluation processes

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology

Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

Great teamwork and communication skills across all levels of the organization

Knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools is a plus
