Recruitment Associate

Job Summary
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-officer level positions. This role ensures that manpower requirements are fulfilled within service level standards and that all recruitment and employee records are properly maintained and compliant with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and post internal and external job advertisements, job descriptions, and recruitment materials in line with company standards and hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job criteria and provide timely feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and consistent recruitment process.
- Facilitate the pre-employment process including background checks, collection of requirements, preparation of 201 files, and onboarding kits.
- Conduct orientations for newly hired employees at both corporate and project site levels.
- Encode new employee information such as bank details and salary in the HRIS, and enroll them in EFSYS and biometric systems.
- Represent the company in job fairs and recruitment events to build talent pipelines and establish partnerships with external organizations.
- Ensure proper organization, maintenance, and confidentiality of employee 201 files.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the department head.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Real Estate or Construction industry
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
