Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any Engineering related field.
  • Knowledge of process documentation, audits, and Operations Quality Evaluation (QQE)
  • Familiarity with 6s or Lean methodologies; certification is an advantage
  • Knowledge of workload analysis, time-and-motion studies and productivity assessments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Experience not mandatory; training will be provided
  • Warehousing or Logistics experience is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Work Instructions (WI's) for CDC and FDC processes, ensuring the document directory remains updated
  • Conduct monthly 6s audits in FDC's (online for provincial sites; on site for FDCs in Metro Manila) and CDC's in SLZ, GMM, and NLZ
  • Perform time-and-motion studies to evaluate process and establish standard productivity benchmarks
  • Conduct workload analyses for personnel in any position as required
  • Prepare and maintain OQE (Operations Quality Evaluation) assessment reports for FDC and CDC OPERATIONS
  • Support the Senior Manager in consolidating quarterly VCC and SCC DATA
  • Assist in in the quarterly reconciliation of CPE variances in FDC'S
  • Facilitate 6s training sessions for CDC Ann FDC personnel

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
