We are looking for a reliable Logistics Staff to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Staff responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Assume full accountability of stocks upon delivery and receipt of stocks to the warehouse up to turnover to transport.
  • Plan the layout for the proper storage and handling of inventory at the warehouse.
  • Establish process productivity standards and track actual performance.
  • Oversee the overall maintenance of the warehouse facilities, operating equipment and all assets deployed to the operations.
  • Handle all reportorial requirements covering the warehouse operations.
  • Supervise all personnel under the warehouse organization.
  • Review and approve warehouse-operations related expenditure.
  • Preparing orders for packaging and mailing
  • Sorting and organizing
  • Maintaining inventory controls
  • Checking stock for damage and wear
  • Reporting faults and discrepancies to relevant parties
  • Marking and labeling stock / Making Labels, Stickers for the products.
  • Picking and packing items for dispatch
  • Scheduling of Deliveries
  • Processing inbound and outbound shipments
  • Preparing needs for convention
  • Preparing and verifying shipping documents
  • Ensuring products are stored in the correct location and in good condition.
  • Maintaining and organizing inventory in a warehouse or distribution center
  • Making Daily Sales Report and Delivery Report.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Staff
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
  • has knowledge in QuickBooks, excel and Microsoft word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
