Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering student to join our team as a Supply Planning Intern. The role focuses on supporting production planning, forecasting, and process optimization through data-driven decision-making. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supply chain management, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in supply and demand planning, including forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment strategies.
  • Support in the preparation of supply chain performance reports using data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Perform data collection, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor supply levels, lead times, and order fulfillment.
  • Participate in production planning and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with operational targets.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing and industrial engineering principles.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate supply planning databases, metrics, and documentation.

Technical & Competency Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as an Industrial Engineering student (3rd year or higher preferred).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (Excel, Minitab, SPSS, Python preferred).
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory management concepts.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
