We are seeking a highly motivated
Business Development / Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a drive for achieving sales targets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilitie

  • sAchieve or exceed sales targets and expand the company's customer base
  • .Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and cold outreach to prospective clients
  • .Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their software needs, and proposing tailored solutions to address their requirements
  • .Manage and grow client accounts
  • .Collaborate with the internal technical team to align solutions with client expectations and ensure successful project delivery
  • .Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation and finalizing agreements
  • .Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • .Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach

  • s2-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target

  • yExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skill
  • sSelf-motivated with a result-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a tea
