Duties and Responsibilities:

Compliance:

  1. Appointed as the Data Privacy Officer of the Country

  2. Ensure that level of customer service meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectation.

  3. Conducts regular compliance-related training to ensure maintenance quality system and staff adherence to management and technical approach, Intertek Code of Ethics, and Compliance Policies.

  4. Update the company on local and government regulatory policies and update laws and other standards that may affect testing and inspection capabilities.

  5. Responsible for issuance of Corrective Action Request as well as the conduct of investigation in line with a customer complaint, non-conformities from audit findings, and other issues that need to be addressed and resolved.

  6. Strictly Monitor implementation of Intertek Code of Compliance, Zero Tolerance Policy, Anti-Bribery Policy, thereby launching an investigation and reporting to the Country HR Director of any case of occurrence thereof.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php70,000.00 per month
