Job Title: Compliance Officer

  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.
  • Register and update plant information on software platforms.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including AFSS and Strata Hub.
  • Verify compliance and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Update cooling tower information as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate management, strata, property, and building operations. Intermediate MS Office applications and Google Suite experience are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training to staff on regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
