Key Responsibilities
  1. Compliance Risk Management
    • Identify risks, formulate actions, monitor implementation with business units, and report to management and the Board of Directors.
    • Collaborate with the Risk Management team to monitor and guide process owners in mitigating risk.
  2. Regulatory Compliance
    • Manage regulatory examinations, internal reviews, and audits.
    • Implement, monitor, and report on action plans in response to recommendations or findings.
  3. Standards and Certifications
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards.
    • Monitor and report certification results to senior leadership.
  4. Incident Monitoring
    • Ensure incidents or breaches are captured, and action plans are implemented, monitored, and reported to management.
    Requirements
  • At least 8 years of professional experience.
  • Strong background in regulatory environment, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with high organizational skills.
  • A team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Technical writing skills.
