Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and verifying insurance certificates from carrier providers, accurately entering, updating, and managing carrier data in our systems, reviewing and validating carrier insurance coverage for compliance and legitimacy, identifying and correcting data discrepancies to maintain accuracy, communicating with insurance representatives via phone/email to confirm details, organizing and maintaining digital records and compliance files, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and support process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/admin a plus)
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of database management is an advantage
