Direct message the job poster from Firefly Electric & Lighting CorporationThe Product Technical Manager translates business requirements into technical specifications, develops strategies to meet customer needs, and collaborates across departments to implement new technologies. They oversee product vision, create roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery while staying updated on industry trends to drive innovation.

The role also involves resolving technical challenges and supporting informed decision-making, with additional duties as assigned by management. Other responsibilities include the following:Monitor market trends, analyze competitor services, and identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement. Collaborate with development leads to ensure accurate product requirements, coordinate releases with project management, and oversee testing criteria and beta tests.

Provide technical expertise, training, and serve as a product advocate within the technical community, fostering product understanding and adoption. Analyze product performance using database queries, evaluate experiments, and communicate capabilities to address product inquiries. Lead and manage teams, focusing on work planning, performance management, development, coaching, and cultivating a positive team culture.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in the same capability. Degree in engineering (ME/EE/ECE) or related field. Preferably licensed on its field.

Advanced degree (MBA) in product management, project management, or computer science is an advantage. Advanced diploma in technical product development and management, or information technology is an advantage.
