Service Manager – Aftersales & Service Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Aftersales:

  • Develop and implement standardized aftersales processes.
  • Manage warranty claims, customer support, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee parts planning, inventory, and vendor contract management.
  • Collaborate with product teams for performance and reliability insights.
  • Lead aftersales training and ensure customer satisfaction improvements.

Service Operations:

  • Recruit, train, and lead service engineers and technicians.
  • Supervise installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure technical proficiency and high service quality.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and industry regulations.
  • Optimize service delivery and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in aftersales, technical service, or support.
  • Background in appliances, electronics, machinery, or related technical fields preferred; automotive background not preferred.
  • Strong in maintenance, troubleshooting, and service operations.
  • Skilled in warranty, vendor management, parts planning, and training.
  • Proven leadership and team-building ability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in service software and reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license; nationwide travel readiness.
  • Fully onsite role.
