What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Provide local commissioning support and field service for utility solar and BESS project in the Philippines

  2. Provide local commissioning support and after-sales service for residential and C&I project in the Philippines

  3. Training distributors and third-party companies to make reliable service networks locally in the Philippines

  4. Analyzing & reporting field service issues to HQ formally and providing CR reports upon request of the customer

  5. Provide technical support to sales team to assist achieving sales target

  6. Prepare localized pre-sales technical solution based on material inputs from HQ

We'd Love to Chat if You Have:

  1. Has working experience as a utility field service manager in the PV or industry (at least 2 years);

  2. Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience field service manager;

  3. Good understanding of utility PV system, including state-of-the-art communication technology, such as PLC, RS485. Fiber Optic,PPC,SCADA and EMS

  4. Good communication skill and able to work independently and under stress. Able to communicate issue and solution clearly with client.

  5. Fluent in English and Tagalog

  6. Understanding of electrical system preferred.
