The Campaigns and Growth Management Associate plays a key role in driving revenue growth across Kindred's online and clinic channels through effective campaign strategy and execution. This role leads the end-to-end implementation of monthly and tactical campaigns designed to maximize gross merchandise value (GMV), boost service uptake, and activate key patient cohorts.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the associate works closely with Growth, Creative, Clinic Operations, and Care Management to ensure every campaign is delivered on-brand, on-time, and optimized for commercial performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-oriented, and energized by making creative campaigns perform in measurable, revenue-generating ways.

Mission 1:
Drive GMV Uplift Through Strategic Campaign Execution

Design and implement monthly and tactical campaigns that unlock new revenue, re-engage existing patients, and increase booking volume across services and branches.

Sample Projects:

  • Monthly revenue-focused campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School, Wellness Season, Flu Protection Drive)
  • Service-specific promos (e.g., IV drip bundles, vaccine pushes, OB-GYN consult discounts)
  • Tactical campaigns with pricing levers (e.g., time-limited bundles, flash discounts)
  • Campaigns aligned with cohort behavior (e.g., postnatal, returning patients, lapsed users)

Outcomes:

  • ≥85% of campaigns meet or exceed GMV uplift targets
  • Clear financial model per campaign (target revenue, expected discount burn, fulfillment goals)
  • Booking and revenue impact measurable within 7 days post-launch

Mission 2: Orchestrate Cross-Functional Campaign Delivery and Optimize Campaign Impact

Lead campaign execution across teams—ensuring marketing, clinic, and care teams are aligned for a seamless, GMV-focused rollout.

Sample Projects:

  • Build coordinated campaign plans with Creative, Growth, and Ops (assets, decks, go-live checklist)
  • Align on pricing, discount tiers, and inventory availability with Finance and Operations
  • Ensure campaign mechanics (codes, pages, booking logic) are configured in time
  • Real-time operations coordination during high-volume pushes
  • Build GMV-focused post-campaign reports: revenue, order volume, AOV, discount impact
  • Maintain campaign tracker with test results, channel effectiveness, and ROI learnings

Outcomes:

  • 100% of campaigns launched on time with full cross-functional alignment
  • Zero fulfillment errors tied to campaign execution
  • Stakeholder readiness scores of ≥90% per campaign cycle
  • 100% of campaigns have completed post-mortems within 7 days

Mission 3: Build & Launch Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns

Create CRM campaigns and automations that drive rebookings, upsells, and patient engagement—contributing directly to repeat GMV and service utilization.

Sample Projects:

  • Monthly and seasonal email/SMS campaigns for top services (e.g., vaccines, drips, OB-GYN consults)
  • Reminder flows for patients due for follow-ups, booster shots, or screenings
  • Rebooking nudges for lapsed patients and low-frequency users
  • Health milestone campaigns (e.g., birthday promos, new moms, age-based packages)

Outcomes:

  • CRM campaigns contribute ≥20–30% of monthly GMV uplift
  • ≥15% average rebooking rate from lifecycle messages
  • ≥30% open rate and ≥3% click-through rate on emails

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or growth—preferably in e-commerce, consumer health, or performance marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, revenue metrics, and pricing levers
  • Experience managing high-velocity campaigns across multiple channels (email, Meta, SMS, on-ground)
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Meta Business Manager, or Shopify
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to read and act on campaign performance data
  • Commercial orientation and ownership mentality
