Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead local marketing operations in the Philippines. This role is responsible for developing and executing localized digital marketing strategies, leading integrated campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Key Responsibilities● Develop and implement localized digital and social media strategies, including content themes and posting schedules tailored for the Philippines.
● Lead planning and execution of major marketing campaigns, digital collaborations, and user engagement initiatives.
● Conduct user research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking to optimize campaign effectiveness.
● Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Customer Service, Legal, etc.) to align marketing efforts.
● Oversee social media and design teams to ensure timely and quality campaign execution.
Requirements● Fluent in English and Filipino; Chinese language proficiency or prior experience in Chinese/Asian companies is highly preferred.
● Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, tech, or internet-related sectors.
● Strong strategic thinking, project management, and execution skills.
● Deep understanding of the Philippine digital marketing landscape.
● Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
● Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
