Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of growth-focused marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and measurable impact.
  • Act as the main point of contact with internal teams (Product, CRM, Social Media, Creatives) and external partners or clients to drive alignment on campaign requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Take ownership in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and processing co-marketing agreements (CMAs), ensuring compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain and continuously improve campaign trackers, reporting dashboards, and marketing asset repositories for accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Partner closely with the Business Development and Partnerships team to design, execute, and evaluate co-marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum partner value and campaign success.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members where needed, fostering collaboration and best practices across the marketing team.
  • Oversee administrative processes related to campaign execution, including budget tracking, file organization, and securing approvals, while ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal workflows.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related role, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or fast-paced tech-driven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles with proven experience applying them to deliver results in growth-focused campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage and align with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret campaign data, extract insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a track record of navigating dynamic and evolving business environments.
  • Collaborative and results-driven, with experience contributing to the success of cross-functional teams.
  • Interest and curiosity in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the digital finance space.
