  1. Lead Management & Monitoring

  2. Receive all incoming leads from marketing, referrals, social media, website, and partner branches.

  3. Ensure all leads are properly encoded in Lark CRM with complete details.
  4. Assign leads to appropriate CSR or sales representative based on branch or client type.
  5. Monitor daily lead status (New, Follow-up, Quoted, Closed, Lost).

  6. Maintain updated and accurate lead database for reporting and analysis.

  7. Follow-up & Conversion

  8. Oversee follow-up activities and ensure CSRs contact every lead within SLA (same day or within 24 hours).

  9. Track conversion rate and reasons for lost leads.
  10. Coordinate with Sales Team to strategize on improving close rates.

  11. Ensure quotations are sent promptly and properly documented.

  12. Branch Coordination

  13. Coordinate with branch heads (e.g., Alabang, BGC, Quezon Ave) for lead transfers and walk-ins.

  14. Track leads that were brought by agents or partner branches for proper commission tagging.

  15. Ensure transparency and record-keeping for leads that convert under a partner location (for commission or warranty tracking).

  16. Reporting & Analytics

  17. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:

  18. Total leads received
  19. Conversion rate
  20. Source of leads (Facebook, referral, website, etc.)
  21. Lost reasons (price, timing, competitor, etc.)
  22. Agent or CSR performance
  23. Provide actionable insights to Sales and Marketing for better campaign targeting.
