Talent Welfare and Relations Supervisor

The Talent Welfare and Relations Officer/Supervisor plays a strategic and supervisory role in ensuring employee welfare, engagement, and compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
I. Benefits Administration
- Oversees implementation and monitoring of statutory and company benefits in compliance with laws.
- Ensures timely processing of timekeeping, payroll documents, and benefits (HMO, life insurance, uniforms, rewards).
- Coordinates with providers (e.g., Medicard, Sunlife) for issue resolution and service improvement.
- Manages annual physical exams and benefit-related audits.
- Maintains accurate and updated HRIS benefit data and ensures compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
II. Employee Services and Records Management
- Ensures accuracy of HRIS data, employee records, and ID systems.
- Approves employee documentation requests (certificates, IDs, records).
- Safeguards employee data privacy and improves service request processes.
III. Employee Relations
- Oversees offboarding, final pay, and clearance processing.
- Addresses employee welfare concerns and supports engagement initiatives.
- Coaches and guides Talent Welfare Associates.
IV. Team Support and Projects
- Develops and updates SOPs on welfare and employee services.
- Leads or supports HR projects such as wellness and technology rollouts.
- Coordinates with Finance and Operations for cross-functional processes.
- Prepares reports and analyses for management use.

- Turnaround time and complaint rate
- Quality of reports and compliance
- Team supervision and leadership effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Administration
- 2–3 years HR experience (benefits, timekeeping, payroll, ER, records)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and government benefits
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Upholds confidentiality, ethics, and service excellence
