  1. Sales & Client Handling

  2. Handle assigned leads from the Lead Officer or CSR and ensure prompt follow-up.

  3. Conduct client consultations (in person, phone, or online) to understand needs and recommend the right SSI service or package.
  4. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and visual mockups (when applicable).
  5. Explain SSI's package inclusions, warranty terms, and aftersales process clearly to clients.
  6. Close sales efficiently and coordinate with the operations team for installation scheduling.

  7. Ensure a smooth handover to Aftersales once the job is completed.

  8. Lead Conversion & Follow-ups

  9. Maintain daily follow-ups on all open leads and pending quotations.

  10. Update the Lark CRM or lead tracker daily with client status and remarks.
  11. Reconnect with old or lost leads periodically to recover potential sales.

  12. Build strong relationships with repeat and high-value clients.

  13. Branch Coordination

  14. Work closely with branch personnel (CSR, installers, and supervisors) to ensure client appointments and installations are properly scheduled.

  15. Ensure showroom readiness and professional presentation when clients visit.

  16. Support walk-in clients and coordinate for demo or sample film presentations.

  17. Product Knowledge & Upselling

  18. Maintain deep knowledge of all SSI services:

  19. Paint Protection Film (PPF)
  20. Color Change Wraps
  21. Ceramic Coating
  22. Nano-Ceramic Window Tints
  23. Security Films
  24. Customization / Upgrades
  25. Confidently discuss differences in film brands, thickness, warranty, and performance.

  26. Suggest upgrades or add-ons (e.g., full wrap instead of partial, premium tint, ceramic coat bundle, etc.) to increase average transaction value.

  27. Documentation & Coordination

  28. Ensure all client details, quotation copies, and job orders are submitted to the appropriate departments (Operations / Finance).

  29. Tag all sales correctly under the referring agent, branch, or campaign for commission tracking.

  30. Ensure all client forms, job orders, and invoices are signed before start of work.

  31. After-Sales & Client Satisfaction

  32. Check on completed clients to confirm satisfaction and encourage reviews or referrals.

  33. Endorse clients to aftersales team for touch-up and maintenance follow-ups.
  34. Address any minor post-installation concerns and escalate issues as needed.
