- Perform general office duties and administrative tasks
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments for executives
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Maintain records and draft correspondence
- Assist with preparation of reports and presentations
- Provide support for real estate transactions and property management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support the H&D Group of Companies in the ever-evolving real estate industry
Requirement :
- Educational Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, or equivalent - with at least 12 units in Accounting.
- With at least 6 months of related experience in related fields in Accounting, Finance, Billing and Collections and or Bookkeeping.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in support roles or help desk
- Strong data analysis skills
- Effective scheduling and time management abilities
- Accurate data entry proficiency
- Advanced analytical skills
- Excellent written communication
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate schedules and meetings
- Provide support to team members and clients
