  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks
  • Manage calendar and schedule appointments for executives
  • Coordinate communication between departments

Requirement :

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, or equivalent - with at least 12 units in Accounting.
  • With at least 6 months of related experience in related fields in Accounting, Finance, Billing and Collections and or Bookkeeping.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in support roles or help desk
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Effective scheduling and time management abilities
  • Accurate data entry proficiency
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
