We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Full understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and compliance.
  • Strong background in HR data management and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases using HRIS systems.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding).
  • Assist in policy development and implementation.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to support management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
