HR Generalist

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team
If you have a strong background in human resources and a passion for people operations, we'd love to meet you.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Full understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and compliance.
- Strong background in HR data management and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases using HRIS systems.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding).
- Assist in policy development and implementation.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
