Job Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full scope of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping and payroll coordination, performance management, and policy implementation. This role ensures that HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company values and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documents to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate timekeeping and provide payroll-related data to Finance/Payroll Team for processing.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of company policies and HR procedures.
  • Serve as the contact point for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related assistance.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and help track employee development plans.
  • Coordinate government-mandated benefits, loans, and statutory reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Support employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and company events.
  • Maintain HR systems or HRIS data for accurate reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
