About Us:

OakTech Systems is a fast-growing technology and consulting firm focused on delivering fund incubation, AI-driven due diligence, automation solutions, and capital markets innovation. We partner with private equity firms, real estate sponsors, and technology companies to deliver scalable, high-impact digital transformation and investor-facing solutions. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President of Professional Services based in the Philippines to lead the successful delivery and execution of consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of OakTech's client projects, including onboarding, implementation, and continuous client success.
  • Lead, coach, and grow the professional services team (project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical contributors).
  • Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop reusable processes, playbooks, and SOPs to scale delivery across fund incubation, automation, and AI projects.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align service offerings with OakTech's capabilities.
  • Own metrics and reporting for client satisfaction, utilization, delivery velocity, and recurring value.
  • Lead executive-level communication with key accounts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain service excellence across a portfolio of diverse clients in fintech, real estate, and venture capital.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or customer success delivery roles.
  • Proven leadership in scaling and managing remote services teams.
  • Strong operational expertise with project delivery, client communication, and services P&L tracking.
  • Experience working with tools such as Asana, Microsoft 365, and GoHighLevel.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation and workflow optimization tools is a strong plus.
  • Ability to understand client business models and translate them into execution plans.
  • Excellent English communication, people management, and presentation skills.
  • Self-directed, outcome-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation:

-This is a senior to expert-level role with an hourly rate of $30 – $45 USD, depending on experience. Candidates are expected to be available full-time and overlap with U.S. business hours as needed for client engagement.
