Job Mission/PurposeTo help build, enhance, protect, and restore the Aboitiz reputation by supporting the Vice President of Reputation Management through developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's sustainability strategies and initiatives. Formulate sustainability initiative campaigns and budgets, and manage internal and external communications to promote the group-wide sustainability agenda.

Ability to make independent decisions, conduct high-level problem or situation analysis, and possess extensive experience in sustainability principles, leadership, and management skills. Conceptualize and develop strategies for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of sustainability programs and initiatives.

Ensure sustainability reporting aligns with international standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, IFRS S1 and S2, IR) and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders. Lead coordination with sustainability champions across business units to enable and implement group-wide sustainability programs, including managing the Aboitiz Group Sustainability Council. Support communication planning related to sustainability programs to effectively reach target audiences.

Assist ESCG Board leadership by providing recommendations on the 10-Year ESG Strategy and analyzing sustainability-related expenses for business growth. Conduct research, data gathering, and benchmarking of global ESG ratings and trends to support studies, campaigns, and initiatives. Guide the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for team members and own IDP.Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing strategic partnerships to promote teamwork and responsibility.

Additional ResponsibilitiesKey Performance MetricsNumber of addressed Material Sustainability Concerns in policies and operations. Percentage completion of planned programs. Completion of sustainability reporting metrics based on material topics.

Progress on Aboitiz Group Sustainability Council workstreams and 10-year ESG strategy. Share of Voice and ESG mentions in sustainability communication. Completion of scheduled discussions and presentations to the ESCG Board, with budget variance within 15%.

Number of programs stemming from research and benchmarking data. Completion of IDPs for team members and self. Internal client satisfaction and external relationship levels.
