About Us:

OakTech Systems is a technology-forward consulting and product firm specializing in fund incubation, AI-enabled due diligence, automation platforms, and enterprise fundraising solutions. We operate at the intersection of finance, AI, and operational strategy, serving a growing client base across North America. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations based in the Philippines to lead, streamline, and scale our internal operations and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all day-to-day operational functions including team oversight, workflow optimization, and delivery execution. - Serve as a key operations leader in client onboarding, implementation, and recurring project management.
  • Build and manage project management infrastructure using tools like Asana, GoHighLevel, and custom dashboards.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics across departments to ensure excellence in delivery.
  • Work directly with the CEO and executive team to support the scaling of automation, sales, service, and technical delivery processes.
  • Coordinate with contractors, sales reps, and developers to ensure cross-functional alignment. - Continuously identify opportunities to automate internal and client-facing workflows using AI and SaaS platforms.
  • Oversee process documentation, SOP development, and playbook updates.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in operations, project management, or executive business operations roles.
  • Proven experience in leading remote or distributed teams.
  • Strong knowledge of business systems, including Asana, Microsoft 365, and CRMs such as GoHighLevel.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools and concepts is a strong plus. - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup Environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

This is a senior to expert-level role with an hourly rate of $30 – $45, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates should expect full-time availability and a leadership presence across core business hours in both PH and US overlap.
