Mass Market Engagement Vice President

This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies that drive lead generation, acquisition, retention, and supporter experience through mass channels.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead the vision, planning, and execution of IJM's mass market fundraising strategy to drive scalable revenue across all mass audience segments.

The ideal candidate will bring a marketer's mindset and a revenue leader's discipline, using data, creativity, and operational excellence to build a world-class supporter experience that fuels long-term impact.

About This Role

This position requires strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and business acumen. The successful candidate will be able to manage vendors, creative teams, and media agencies for optimal performance.

A collaborative and service-oriented mindset is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute multichannel mass marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
  2. Manage large-scale donor/customer acquisition and retention programs.
  3. Lead teams through change, scale campaigns, and manage complex go-to-market plans.
  4. Partner with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and build dashboards for real-time reporting.
  5. Lead and grow a high-performing team across campaign management, acquisition, retention, and supporter experience.

Qualifications:

  • 12–15+ years of experience in fundraising, direct response marketing, digital acquisition, or consumer engagement roles, with a strong track record of revenue growth.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multichannel mass marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, donor journey design, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles' Creed.
  • Strong ethic of service and a passion for making justice unstoppable.

Skill Requirements:

  • Data-driven with experience in performance marketing, segmentation, and optimization.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional leader with excellent communication and influence skills.
