Responsibilities
- Approach and engage potential customers in person (door-to-door, events, retail locations, or field visits).
- Present and demonstrate products/services clearly and effectively.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads within assigned territories.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and orders in CRM or reporting tools.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and face-to-face interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college background is a plus.
