Manggo Selection are now tremendously growing and as part of our campaign, we are now looking for people who can be part of our teams that will be responsible in discovering new sales territory. Sales Representative also responsible in increasing the sales and revenue of the company.

Job Descriptions:

· Responsible in Generating Sales Lead

· Responsible in Meeting and achieving sales goals and targets

· Responsible in answering clients concern about products, prices and availability

· Understanding and promoting company program

· Responsible in Visiting clients and potential Clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing team

· Preparing weekly and monthly reports

· Implement relevant strategic plans to create a competitive advantage in the Pet Industry.

· Able to understand and use industry insights to develop a strategy that is communicated and delivered through key accounts.

· Coordinate with the Operations team on overall order fulfillment to grow sellers' business and ensure smooth operations.

· This task involves conducting market research, answering customer's inquiries, managing partnerships, proactive selling, etc.

· Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients

Job Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in of Human Resource related courses or any equivalent/related field in business, marketing, economics, or related field.

· With at least 2-4 years' relevant sales experience. Should have a proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management.

· Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

· A commitment to excellent customer service.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

· Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
