Job Summary
A Sales Administration Assistant's responsibility and accountabilities are mainly to support and manage sales and marketing administrative functions in relation of the unit's general KPI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Division Head, Department Head, and Account Officers
- Manage the processing and booking of lease and loan availments
- Assist in monitoring and regularizing document deficiencies
- Handle data gathering, management, and report generation
- Coordinate with various units and departments within the company to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related courses
- At least 2 years of work experience in a bank, financial institution, or in leasing and finance
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
