Job Summary:

The Corporate Cook is responsible for preparing and serving meals for employees, ensuring food safety standards, cleanliness, and quality. The role includes menu planning, cost-efficient food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the pantry and kitchen area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals for employees following the company's meal schedule.
  • Plan menus considering nutrition, dietary requirements, and cost control.
  • Ensure all meals are prepared hygienically and served on time.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, and dining areas.
  • Manage pantry and kitchen supplies, ensuring proper storage and inventory.
  • Follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in special company events requiring food preparation and catering.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate; with relevant TESDA certification is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
