We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to contribute to our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes in your assigned section.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Assist in menu planning, development, and recipe creation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food preparation.
  • Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to coordinate kitchen activities.
  • Maintain a positive, efficient, and cooperative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
