Blending Technician (Powdered Supplements/Beverages)

Location: Premierlabs Corporation, Philippines

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Premierlabs Corporation is hiring a Blending Technician to join our manufacturing and R&D team. This role is responsible for accurately measuring, preparing, and blending powdered supplements and beverages based on approved formulas. The ideal candidate has experience in food handling or food manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and an appreciation for taste and flavor balance.

Key Qualifications

  • Background in food manufacturing, food preparation, or related work (required).
  • Strong skills in accurate measurement, weighing, and batch preparation.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, GMP, and SOPs (preferred, training provided if needed).
  • Reliability, maturity, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Preferred: A good sense of taste and flavor (like someone who cooks and understands balance of ingredients).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Measure and weigh raw materials according to formulas provided by the Formulation Supervisor.
  • Operate basic blending and mixing equipment to produce consistent, high-quality batches.
  • Assist with pilot runs, product samples, and flavor adjustments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination in blending areas.
  • Record ingredient lots, weights, and production output for traceability.
  • Report discrepancies in formulation, raw materials, or blending processes.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards in line with food manufacturing best practices.
