- With cooking from home now more important than ever, the Recipe Manager will launch the Corporate Recipe Strategy to be the go-to inspiration of culinary solutions for modern cooks
- He or she should be agile in maximizing social media food trends to create relevance for our products.
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in Kitchen Operations Management from a restaurant company or food service company or related field of discipline.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, good leadership and interpersonal skills along with good analytical aptitude..
- Creative, innovative, flexible and resourceful. With an average knowledge and application skills of concepts and techniques in the field of kitchen operations management and/or research and development.
- Must be able to use the computer for analytical and administrative tasks.
- Must have strong technical background to document and establish kitchen processes and operations.
- Must have good aptitude in organizing, planning, leading and controlling of low degree complex activities that involve the annual or similar medium-term scheduling, controlling and monitoring of his / her responsibility.
