The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of internet circuit orders once they have been placed. This role requires close coordination with carriers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and smooth delivery of services. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing 100 active orders at any given time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the post-order process for business internet circuit orders.
  • Track orders through all stages of the provisioning and installation lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary liaison between carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders and clients on order progress.
  • Escalate and resolve issues that may delay installation or provisioning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project management and ticketing tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, support) to align project timelines.
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 2years experience in project coordination, service delivery or telecom provisioning (internet circuits, telecom, or IT preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management or ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of internet service delivery processes and carriers is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and reporting tools.
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City and flexible with schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
