ABOUT THE ROLE

The project manager plans and oversees project timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate field teams and ensure work quality and safety. Also, handle reporting, documentation, and project turnover.

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure deployment, preferably FTTx.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic networks, passive and active components, and civil deployment techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, GIS, and field management systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory and permitting processes for network deployment is a plus.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
