QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process manual payroll of employees
- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Ensuring that time records and contributions are properly captured
- Process and payment of employee contributions, taxes, and benefits
- Consolidating year-to-date/annualized payroll summary and withholding tax of employees
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Selection and Issuance of Job Offers and Employment Contracts
- Conducting employee onboarding orientation
- Process opening of employees' bank accounts for payroll
- Process government-related documents such as amending company information, authorized signatories, employee's benefit claims, loan applications, registrations, etc., in SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR
- Enrolling employees for HMO, requesting LOA, processing reimbursement claims, and addressing concerns
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Make sure employee records are up-to-date and confidential
- Organize employee performance reviews and/or evaluations
- Issuance of notification letter for end-of-contract, relocation of assigned duty, and disciplinary actions
- Amending employment contracts due to salary appraisal
- End-to-end process of off-boarding of employees
- Coordinating in the development and implementation of company policies
- Compliance in annual Labor Inspection of DOLE
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned.
