Job Description:
- Performs administrative tasks and assists the HR Department in its day-to-day human resource and administrative functions.
- Maintain the HR database and regularly updates personnel information.
- Preparation of monthly payroll and monthly government regulatory contributions both for employee and employer.
- Prepares and issues disciplinary actions to erring personnel as advised and recommended by the HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- With at least 2 years' experience
- Must be computer literate
- With good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Can work well under pressure and able to multi-task
