Restaurant Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a fine dining establishment with a farm-to-table approach, specializing in fusion cuisine. The role involves ensuring seamless operations in both kitchen and front-of-house, leading the team, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability while delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field (preferred); and
Experience: At least 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fine dining or farm-to-table environment. Proven track record in managing both kitchen and front-of-house operations.
Knowledge: Possesses strong expertise in fine-dining service standards, farm-to-table practices, and seasonal menu planning, with thorough knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Other Skills: Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, effectively managing both kitchen and front-of-house teams in high-pressure environments. Skilled in HR practices, POS and inventory systems, budgeting, cost control, and operational problem-solving. Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth operations, quality service, and consistent guest satisfaction.
